Saving the Faith in Lebanon

On the 4th August, Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, was rocked by a huge explosion in the city’s port area. This explosion has left widespread devastation to the city, including to some of the city’s many churches. For example, Saint Saviours Melkite Catholic Church is in need of €150,000 worth of repairs. For this reason, Aid to the Church in Need has pledged €5 million to help rebuild some of Beirut’s destroyed and damaged churches.
